Making Progress
While good progress was made on multiple business initiatives, this week’s update requires some personal sharing. Not only did we celebrate our oldest daughter’s seventh birthday on Monday, but Dana and I also enjoyed a kid-free weekend in Saint Petersburg for our eleventh anniversary. And just in case you missed it, the U2 concert totally rocked!
Our number one business priority last week was the company website project. I am pleased to report that all of the website content that we need for the phase one launch should be wrapped up by the end of the day today. That leaves just enough time to update and review all the website pages in time for our deadline. I can’t wait to see it all come together!
Between all the printed materials for the corporate identity suite and our online presence with the company website, we’re starting to look and feel like a real company. I’d like to take this opportunity to recognize all the time and hard work that everyone has offered to make this business a reality.
From key mentors and advisors to business colleagues and the marketing team, and especially my wife, Dana, and our two daughters, Catherine and Mia, thank you all for your encouragement and support.
This week is going to be an exciting one. Between Thursday’s website deadline, two scheduled business meetings, and three new initiatives starting this week with local business organizations, there is plenty on my to-do list!
On top of that I’m looking forward to the following week for a much-needed break in Myrtle Beach. After everything that happened earlier this year and the intensity of getting this business started, I am grateful for this golf trip with the guys. We’re going to cut loose and have a blast!
Until next week,
Matthew Anderson, President Milestone Marketing Associates, Inc.
