What a great trip! I had hoped to post an update last week even though we were on vacation, but we were so far off the beaten path that cell phone service was spotty at best and the Internet was unavailable. As a result I was forced to stop thinking about work and enjoy my family vacation.
I’d like to reiterate my thanks to Shary Dye and her family for allowing us to stay at their cabin on Lake Redstone in LaValle, Wisconsin (population 326). We had a truly wonderful time – fishing, boating, tubing, swimming, and campfires, and of course drinking, eating, relaxing, and catching up on sleep.
While we were away progress was made on multiple fronts as planned. All current client projects are now at a point where they are ready for review. In fact that will be my main focus for the balance of this week – touching base with each client and presenting our progress.
We have also made significant progress with our new company website. While we did not launch the new website on July Fourth as planned, we are ready to review all the new content and make final edits before going live. As such we expect to launch sometime this week.
Also on tap this week we will be exhibiting at the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce TechFast Breakfast Wednesday morning at the Poloytechnical High School. This is the second in a series of three events. Hope to see you there.
Last but not least we’re only two weeks away from our first monthly networking lunch for the Suncoast Technology Forum. The STF Techbyte Luncheon is every third Tuesday from 12-1pm at the Polo Grill in Lakewood Ranch.
