Last week of summer

So we’re two days in to a week without Mom (Dana is visiting her two-week-old nephew in New Jersey) and it looks like Mia has a cold. What was already going to be a challenging week may have just taken a turn for the worse. Hopefully she’ll pull threw and enjoy the last week of summer.

Speaking of events, I just registered for an American Advertising Federation Suncoast event on August 25^th that sounds interesting. The speaker is Curtis Zimmerman, principal of the Zimmerman Agency in Tallahassee known for the Aflac campaigns.

There’s another great event on September 1^st. Milestone is exhibiting at East Meets West. Hosted by the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, this annual expo brings together the Latin Chamber and the Islands Chamber in the Fete Ballroom at Polo Grill.
