Started a cool project

As previously plugged, we have two major events this week. Tomorrow night the Suncoast Technology Forum will present an event on Healthcare IT, and on Wednesday night we are exhibiting at the Tri Chamber expo.

But that’s not all! We have a number of other interesting happenings on this week’s calendar:

• I’m attending a Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce event at the Hyatt today called “What’s Up Downtown”
• The Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance monthly membership meeting is on Wednesday with a speaker from Sanborn Studios
• On Friday I am looking forward to the “Brainsteeering” seminar at the Community Foundation of Sarasota
• And on Friday night my wife and I are attending the Tampa Bay Technology Forum Achievement Awards Gala

As you can see it’s a full week indeed. And that doesn’t even include the work we’re doing for clients, or the planning we’re doing for 2011.

We started a cool project a few weeks ago for a client in Australia. That’s right, Milestone Marketing Associates is international! After reconnecting with an old friend (through this blog by the way) who has a business in Melbourne that sells and supports construction software, he contracted Milestone to produce a series of demonstration videos.

On the planning front, we have some great ideas how to refine our national sales strategy and expand our local sales strategy so we can grow our number of clients. We’re beefing up next year’s marketing plan to continue the momentum we’ve gained this year, and we’re trimming fat wherever possible as we establish and improve our internal processes.
