2014 Business Plan

Over the last several weeks we’ve been preparing for the New Year. What’s in store for Milestone Marketing Associates? Our 2014 business plan calls for greater focus on the things we do well; web development for other agencies, designing custom websites for local businesses, and providing a full range of marketing services for retainer accounts.

Over the last four years we’ve learned a thing or two about what it takes to compete for and win profitable business in the local market. Working as a subcontractor for other advertising agencies allows us to sustain our cash flow. Helping small business owners establish and maintain a unique online presence provides creative freedom and recurring revenue. And when our team functions as an outsourced marketing department we’re able to help businesses grow.

Each area of our business is poised for growth. We’ve built relationships with all of the advertising agencies in town and identified which ones we’d like to work with on a regular basis. We’ve built a strong portfolio of work. We’ve established a reputation for completing projects on time. And believe it or not we actually return our clients’ phone calls.
