Grains and Geeks

Posted by: on Sunday, January 12, 2014

It seems like everyone is getting busier and busier these days. New leads for Milestone keep popping up all over the place, and our clients have all kinds of cool stuff in the works. This week I’d like to share two of them with you.

We’ve been working with Dr. Ken Kaufman for nearly a year now. We built a website for his business, Sarasota Sports Medicine, and I’ve been relying on his care as I slowly but surely strengthen my back and improve my health.

During one of his recent continuing education conferences Ken attended an eye-opening seminar on functional nutrition. While the science behind it can get pretty technical, I believe the essence of functional nutrition is what you eat has big impact on how your feel.

And while this is may not be groundbreaking news, you might be surprised to learn what you probably eat every day might be worse for you than you thought, and what you should eat might do more for your health than you ever thought was possible.

Interested? Then sign up for his presentation called, A Grain of Truth, on Wednesday, January 15 from 6:00 pm to 7:30pm at The Dattoli Cancer Center.

OK. That was the grains. Now for the geeks. SouthTech, our favorite retainer client, is celebrating twenty years in business with an open house party at their new office this week. Now, I can’t invite you to this party as I think it is limited to their employees, clients, and partners.

What I can do is show you the invitation we designed because it’s so cool. At least you’ll think it’s cool if you’re a Star Trek fan like me and all the techies who work at SouthTech.

If you weren’t invited, but you would still like to come to the party, then call SouthTech and hire them to manage your information technology. Of course we’re biased, but we do think they’re the best in the business, and we always recommend SouthTech.

Until next week,

Matthew Anderson, President
Milestone Marketing Associates, Inc.
