The Capital Grille

Looking ahead to next Monday, Labor Day, it’s hard to believe the year is two-thirds over. It’ll be nice to enjoy the long weekend with family, but I’m more excited about how busy we’ve been all summer.

We hit a slow period around March and April of this year, but we’ve been busy all summer long. Sales are up, we have plenty of work to do, and our growing list of happy customers keep calling us back for more work or referring new clients.

Milestone is closing on our five-year anniversary in October. I’m not sure what we’re going to do to celebrate, but this is a big one. In the past we’ve invited all of our associates and their significant others out for a fancy steak dinner. I recall going to Fleming’s, Hyde Park, Ruth’s Chris. Last year we had everyone over and I cooked the steaks myself.

With the new mall opening up on October it would be nice to go to The Capital Grille. Ever since I heard they were coming to town I’ve been dreaming about one of their signature appetizers; prosciutto wrapped mozzarella with vine ripe tomatoes. Mmmm…so good!

Now I wonder if I can trade in some AMEX points for a Cap Grille gift card…
