Lendacy Logo
A couple months ago I mentioned a new financial services client that hired Milestone to help develop a strategic marketing plan. Since then we’ve been working together on a rebrand, and we’re about halfway through several initial projects including a new company logo, a new corresponding identity suite, a new company brochure, and a new company website. This week I thought you might enjoy a sneak peak at our progress.
Formerly known as Capital Solution Services, or CS², we decided to change the company name to Lendacy. During our strategic planning sessions we agreed to narrow the market to real estate investors and reposition their services for high net worth individuals. This wasn’t a huge departure from where they were before, but subtle change was still significant enough to warrant a rebrand.
After several weeks of researching available domain names, reviewing multiple rounds of logo designs, and finalizing their new identity, we’re pleased to unveil their new brand:

Of course a brand is much more than just a logo and a tagline. We’re currently on round two of their identity suite, which will include new business cards, letterhead, and envelopes. And we just finished the first draft of their new company brochure. We also presented a first round wire frames for their new website last week so everything is moving along nicely.
With any luck we’ll have all this work done before the end of the first quarter, and then transition into monthly retainer work for the rest of the year.
