Changing of the Guard

Can you believe the first quarter is already behind us? Another year is cruising by at warp speed. And this April marks a special changing of the guard at Milestone. Since joining the company full time nearly four years ago, Lee Gaines has represented us in the Trusted Professionals chapter of BNI, or Business Networking International. 

BNI has proven to be a worthwhile networking group. In the past four years we have worked directly with more than a dozen BNI members and we average several new leads each month. While most of our BNI clients are very small businesses, we have thoroughly enjoyed building those relationships and we’re occasionally referred to larger companies like Callaghan Tire and World Precision Instruments.

This Thursday, and every Thursday morning for at least the next year or so, I will attempt to fill Lee’s shoes. Fortunately I’m already familiar with many of our fellow trusted professionals. Either we met on one of the rare occasions when I substituted for Lee, or we worked together when we built their website, or I used their services.

I look forward to building on Lee’s success by getting to know all our referral partners even better and sharing opportunities to help them grow. “Givers Gain” is the BNI mantra, and I promise to give my best.
