Summer Spice
What do diamond earrings, horseshoes, micro particles, private equity funds and wireless speakers all have in common? They are all products offered by websites that we’re working on right now. This is not the first time I’ve written about variety being the spice of this business, but this summer that analogy has risen to another level.
Joan Michlin
Soon you’ll be able to shop for diamond earrings and fine art jewelry on Joan Michlin’s new commerce website. We finished building this website several weeks ago. We’re waiting on some content (mostly product photos of several new designs) and final approval from the client. With any luck we will launch by the end of July.
Paddy’s Forge
We designed this website last fall, but we had to put the project on hold while the client focused on his business. Being a farrier, Paddy’s business is a one-man operation that keeps him busy trimming hooves and shoeing horses all over southwest Florida. Now that the project is back on track we’re looking forward to seeing this website go live.
Esprix Technologies
We just had the website project kickoff meeting last week for this brand new client. Esprix Technologies is essentially a distributor of industrial chemicals. Their global relationships allow them to source materials used in a wide range of applications. The key challenge in this project is making a complex product directory easy to navigate.
Kinetic Investment Group
Last week’s update unveiled this client’s new company logo. We are currently working on several projects for Kinetic including their new identity suite, new collateral materials, and a new company website. Because of the exclusive nature of private equity funds, this website will have limited content. Our goal is to create a contemporary web presence that differentiates the business and reinforces their brand.
AVP – Audio Video Partners
Formerly known as Anderson AV, this audiovisual services business is growing. A recent merger prompted a brand update, and now we’re building AVP a website that better reflects their focus on commercial markets. We presented a series of homepage design mocks last week, and something similar to what you see here will likely be the winner.
These spicy clients are located right here in Sarasota. They include an artist from Manhattan, an Englishman in a custom-blacksmith truck, globetrotting science geeks, a German financial technology guru, and another small business owner with the same last name as me. What’s on the menu next month?
Until next week,
Matthew Anderson, President
Milestone Marketing Associates, Inc.
