Happy New Year

It’s the last week of 2015, and I hope you’re enjoying this holiday season with your family and friends. For the last six years we have thrown a party on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day to celebrate the holidays, thank our clients, and ring in the New Year. Every event was entertaining, but too few clients were able to attend. As such we spent most of our time engaged with friends and not enough of the expense was invested in our clients. This year we decided to skip the party and focus our attention on building relationships.

Last week we mailed a personalized notecard to each active account, and this week we’re following up with phone surveys to gauge client satisfaction. Ultimately our goal is to take all our clients out for lunch during the first quarter so we can thank them for there business.

In the meantime, during what is normally a slower time of year, we’ve been working behind the scenes on our website. Dubbed Milestone 4.0 as this is the fourth incarnation of our company website, we decided to overhaul our responsive design and make it even more mobile-centric.

Of course these projects, like the cobblers shoes, tend to get set aside when a paying customer walks in the door, but stay tuned as we hope to put the finishing touches on this project over the next few weeks.
