Our Greatest Value

Over the last few weeks we’ve been calling our customers to conduct a client satisfaction survey. So far the survey is only 25% complete, but I thought you might like to read what people are saying when we ask them about our greatest value to their business.

In general the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive with most clients giving us a perfect 10 when asked to rate Milestone’s overall performance. However, the open-ended follow-up question asking clients to describe Milestone’s greatest value to their business has yielded some interesting insights.

Many of the answers were service-related with comments about direct access to the principal, fast response time to support questions, face-to-face interaction, and not having to worry about things knowing we would handle it.

Others commented on our approach to their needs:

“Being good listeners…”
“Taking the mission into consideration…”
“Analyzing strengths and weaknesses…”
“Keep everything on track and moving forward…”

And one client was direct saying the greatest value she gets from Milestone is, “the new leads that come through her website.”

I look forward to learning what the remaining 75% have to say about our impact on their business. Of course one of our goals in this effort is to remind our clients to refer their friends. Please share your version of our greatest value. We grow when you tell people to call Milestone.
