Clingman's Dome
Greetings from the Smoky Mountains National Park! Actually we just arrived at our second campsite in Cape Hatteras this evening, but for the last few nights we were in Cosby, Tennessee where we toured the Smoky Mountains and hiked to Clingmans Dome, the highest point in Tennessee.
Milestone 4.0
I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but our company website has changed. Actually it’s been changing slowly over the last few weeks. As a matter of fact the first time I mentioned Milestone 4.0 in this blog was at the beginning of the year. But we’ve been busy. So we’ve been squeezing in copy and photo updates whenever we can. And while there’s more work to be done, it’s starting to shape up nicely.
Milestone Mixers
Over the last seven years we’ve had the privilege of working with dozens of local businesses. And with 50 active accounts we’ve started to notice some interesting industry clusters that appear ideally suited for referring business to each other.
Technical Difficulties
It was a tough couple of weeks when it comes to sending emails. Due to a new policy from a third-party service provider, which would have forced us to pay an additional fee, we decided to switch to a different email distribution service. We had a few choices. Unfortunately the one we chose didn’t work so no one received the last two weekly updates.
Mother's Day
Every once in a while my wife will ask me what I’m writing about for my blog. Then she will jokingly suggest I write about how wonderful she is. She smiles. I laugh. And I go back to writing. I just happen to be writing this week’s update on Mother’s Day so I figured I would go ahead and write a post about Dana.
Going to California
Can you believe it’s May already? Another year is flying by. My kids are counting down school days. Summer is right around the corner. 2016 is almost halfway over. The good news is we have managed to stay busy at Milestone. The bad news is another one of our associates is going to California.
